"I just wanted to wait at the table that's there for customers to wait at, and rkd said no. The table was only for those who wait 5 to 10 minutes, not all day. I informed him that I was 27 minutes from home, 1.9km on foot. He started raising his voice and banging his finger on the table, saying that he was in charge there, that the rules were his. I don't understand how customers can't wait for the service to finish, and he didn't have the humanity to understand. Lack of professionalism and education. I only left the car there because it belongs to the company and the Leasing company understood it that way. But I will complain to the competent authorities."
