Since July 14th I have had my car in service, it was repaired but other defects appeared..., the gentleman I am in contact with said that it will be ready this week...🙏. On Friday 1.08.2025 I picked up the car and arrived home safely after 1850km..., even though the labor was quite large, thank you 👍

I've been here twice now: - battery replacement - wheel balancing and alignment due to hitting a curb Both times, I was helped the same day. You shouldn't expect cheap prices for top-notch service. They charge reasonable prices, and you get quality in return.

I don't recommend this garage to anyone. My car has been in for repairs several times, received several hefty bills, and still nothing has been resolved. Meanwhile, it was due for its MOT (periodic vehicle safety inspection). Earlier that week, the battery had gone flat, and I asked them to check it alongside the MOT appointment. Later that afternoon, I received a call. They had installed a new battery (without prior consultation); they didn't have time for the MOT, which was due next week. A week later, the car failed its MOT. A hefty bill, more than the car's worth. I sold the car to them for parts, and it went to the scrapyard. I didn't receive the money and had to keep calling them. In the end, I received a small portion of the agreed-upon amount, and I was supposed to pay for the battery, which was installed without prior consultation. I'm not going to pay for a battery for a car that failed its MOT. If they had given the car an MOT first, as agreed, the battery would never have been installed. I'm not going to foot the bill for these costs. After a lot of hassle, I finally got part of my money back. I'll never come back here again; I think they treated me unfairly. I was completely within my rights in the discussion, and I was given strange arguments. Unprofessional. I also find it unreasonable that if I return after a repair where nothing has changed, I have to pay the full price every time, including every time I have to find the problem.
