"The maintenance guy was friendly but the person at the reception wasn't very friendly and his service was really not nice. They checked my car AC only by eyes without any tools and said they could see nothing wrong and i must take another appointment to check in more details. Anyway they gave me an appointment after 6 weeks ( after the summer is over) just 1 month before the appointment i sent email to cancel the appointment but they sent me an invoice for € 165 . This is really ridiculous and not acceptabl😡😡😡"
