"Our car has been serviced at this garage since this year. Short-term appointments are no problem. Honest and open communication. No need to be called at the end of the day with a laundry list of potential problems. Waiting is simply waiting with coffee, not spending two hours searching for entertainment on your phone. Apparently, this garage is well-regarded by Purmerend residents, judging by its customer base."

"I've been to your garage several times, and I've always been satisfied. The fact that you're fully booked doesn't bother me; I would wait for an appointment. On Google, it states that you're open on Saturdays, but the man at the reception told me that you don't work on Saturdays. He also mentioned that, due to an oil change, I would need to leave the car at the service for a day, and it couldn't be scheduled for a specific time. It's strange. Unfortunately, I don't have another car. However, I was unpleasantly surprised by how the man with glasses at the reception communicated. His arrogant and conceited communication doesn't belong at the reception, as it discourages potential clients. To top it off, he arrogantly directed me to get the oil changed at KwikFit! I'm sorry that I have to write such an unpleasant review, but it's not the first time this man with glasses has spoken to me like this."
