"I had a few stone chip spots removed by this company, and when I picked up the car, I was absolutely shocked! I'd been washing the car since I bought it new with snow foam and a soft glove to avoid scratches. The paint was still like new. When I picked it up, I noticed the entire car was covered in scratches from the wash. So they washed it with a brush full of dirt. I pointed this out, and they thoroughly polished the car and apologized. Now, when the sun shines on it, I can still see it, and I have to have my car completely polished. It cost me €500. I'm not taking it back because I've lost all my trust. From having a few small details touched up to a car covered in scratches from the wash—I'm so bummed!"
