This is the place to get a replacement hybrid battery. The service and commutation is great, with reasonable prices for quality work! We had our battery exchange today. We were able to arrange a time slot via WhatsApp. We live close to the Netherland border in Germany, which was not a problem. The whole exchange took around 30 minutes, very well prepared and professional. Our second Prius brought back to life again. Very kind and helpful people. Thank you.

I purchased a battery from BNA and, unfortunately, the first package arrived damaged during transport. I contacted support and was really impressed by their professionalism: without hesitation, they sent me a new battery in a very short time! The product is of excellent quality and works perfectly. It is rare to find a company so serious and attentive to their customers. I will definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended!

I did drive from Germany to the Netherlands for a change of my defective battery for my 2006 Civic IMA Hybrid. This was in 2020. I didn't wanted to write a review right away since I couldn't tell how long their reconditioned battery would last. 4 years later I can say that I am still extremely happy with the change and I never got any IMA errors coming up again. Besides, getting an appointment was easy, even though I wanted an appointment on a Saturday. No waiting time once I arrived, change was done quickly and staff was Friendly and gave me a couple of good hints and tipps. After a short test drive I drove home less than 1 hour later. I felt the price I paid was fair, especially considering how long their battery is lasting. Highly recommended to go there if you have issues with your battery, even if it's a long distance.
