Super bad communication, brought my Renault kadjar to there business at Alphen aan de rijn. They advise me that they needed to replace a seal in the motor and the whole motor needed to come out. They advise me that it will cost 2000 euro so I agreed on that. It took them 3 months to fix my car and they never even call to advise me that the price is more then the 2000 euro. After they are done they charge me 4300 for the work. Never did they communicate with me what needed to be done and why it needed to take so long. All in all they only work on my car for 28 hours and needed to keep it for 3 months. RIDICULOUS!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Other garages could not help us due to the size of our RV, but they did not have any problem with that.
