Fantastic experience!! I came in in the morning with a broken side window and Robert immediately went into solution mode. He proposed leaving the car inside to avoid any further damage and checked for available windows. After a little delay from my end to fix loos ends with my insurance (which he patiently waited for) he installed the new window within 2 hours. I can't comment on price, but this was a refreshing experience with a (well english spoken) Dutch garage!!

Ik onderhoud mijn auto's al jaren bij Binnenstadgarage. Ooit op aanraden van mijn buurman. Een echte 'auto-freak'. Ik ben altijd goed geholpen. Ook als het ingewikkeld was, gaven ze niet op. Dit is echt een traditionele garage, zoals je ze vroeger had. Met hart voor de zaak en mijn auto. Waar vind je dat nog?

Went in for simple tyre change. I left, then turned around because I thought I'd buy some polish, to remove a mark on the back of one of the side mirrors. One of the mechanics saw me walk back in to go buy it. Then he explained that he'd already polished it out. Wow! I bought the polish anyway... Nice service.

Yes you can find cheaper mechanics around. But Binnenstad garage is a very professionally family run outfit. They offer a quality service, are reliable and for me what is golden in this industry is that Robert is an upfront and totally honest man. I'm always called if extra repairs are needed to give my agreement. Never any hidden surprises and I've never had a problem post repair. I can't recommend this company enough.

Very professional garage with friendly and knowledgeable staff. There is the possibility to rent your own space and work on your car if required. All the work I requested was carried out to the highest standard. All round a good experience.
