I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband. In his search for a company car for his self-employed business, he found De Waal Autogroep Tiel Bedrijfswagens. He was very happy to have purchased his company car there, a major purchase. When we picked up the van, we discovered that the keys for the passenger seat were missing. De Waal was supposed to order them. Unfortunately, this didn't happen. My husband contacted them several times and even went by in person to inquire about the order status of the keys. After weeks of waiting, it turns out no action had been taken to order the keys, and we received a brief apology for the situation. The keys were supposedly ordered and shipped to my husband. A week and a half later—after the shipment—and we still haven't received any keys or any responses to our emails about this. We are very disappointed with the service provided here. UPDATE 07/04/2024 We finally received a response that the lock had been ordered and needed to be installed. This could be done at the Tiel location or at the location in our hometown. We chose the latter and requested notification when the lock was delivered to that garage. Again, no response. After waiting several days, we had had enough, and my husband went to the location in our hometown. What happened? The lock had already been delivered, but without any notification for the employees there. In short: no one knew who the lock was for, what to do with it, or how the installation should be carried out. After discussing the matter, the employees said they would contact the Tiel location to inquire about the situation and then contact my husband. Even now, the appointment has not been honored, and my husband has not been contacted. To say we are disappointed with the service and communication skills of this company is putting it mildly. One thing is certain: we will not be returning for our cars.

Highly recommended! When a warning light came on on the dashboard, I went to this garage. They scanned the car and advised me on what to do. Half an hour after arriving, I was back on the road.

I traded in my old black 2008 Volkswagen Caddy Maxi for a beautiful sky-blue Cadedy Maxi. Kees Boer provided excellent advice and service. I've been going to De Waal for years; it's a shame they've left Geldermalsen, but I'll continue to take my car to De Waal, now in Zaltbommel.

This company makes it worth my 80 km (one way) trip for my car's maintenance and MOT. I received a very warm welcome, and they discussed the expected work beforehand. During the work, I was immediately informed about any additional work. While I waited, I was treated to a delicious cup of coffee and had the opportunity to read several magazines and a new newspaper. After everything was completed, they went through the list of work performed, with a detailed explanation if necessary, and after a firm handshake, I could continue my workday. In short, De Waal Commercial Vehicles provides excellent service with a personal approach and has top-notch, knowledgeable employees!
