"Avoid at all costs!! Bought an ML320cdi from them with numerous hidden defects that they failed to mention that cost more than 2000€ to fix!!! Many dents, radio and navigation not working, rear door mechanism on the right not working, trunk mechanism not working, torn leather on the interior and side panels and many others!"

"Shame on you-BWCR. Sales person Rob Verleijsen have sold with hiden defects Volkswagen Transporter Highline Automatik DoKa , .Airco ,Na, Interne Nummer: 7VNF24 | 2042374. Van was bought by e-shop advertisment and Rob statement of small defect by phone,with no physical inspection.This is what we found when van was delivered to us- hiden both sides body damages and seriuos technical problems. This is what was defected and was not given as problems by BWCR : DSG gearbox failure,recovery cost 1200 eur,fly wheel replacement 784 eur,main belt replacement together with water pump-614,26 euro,supporting bearing replacement-292,83 euro,disk brakes and bushings-403,76 euro,technical maintenance-210,16 euro,ignition lock replacement-327,82 euro. Van with similar honestly and open stated defect has 4200 eur market price. BWCR has sold for 7000 eur. This is IMPORTANT. BWCR do not cooperate and do not respond to emails. BWCR do not recognise failure and do not seek for co-operation and cost sharing or failure compensation."
