I called a few times on different days but they never answered. I heard they are good. But their sales or customer care doesn't feel good if they neglect incoming calls for days.

I brought my car here because of an oil leak. My car was there for a total of seven weeks, and during those weeks, I could barely get in touch with him. Eventually, I replaced the valve cover gasket and the vacuum pump. After five months, it leaked again, but it turned out to be the vacuum pump. I sent a photo of the leaking pump. They promised to call every time, but this never happened. It's impossible to get anything done with this man. One star for his effort.
