"Buy only Volvo, not any other brand. 5 years ago we have bought Mini Countryman, which had engine failure. They delayed us with temporary solutions until 6 months guarantee is over. Then I discovered the engine failure was known by them through the report from Mini. It was repaired by sharing the cost 50/50 after my negotiations but still not fully solved. I had to have it fixed on my cost a year later again. My experience with Volvo car in Bangarage Amsterdam ZO was good but with Bangarage Amstelveen was unpleasant."

"Came in for a tire change at 8am expecting to WFG (work from garage) for the day but Bastian (in the front of house) somehow worked some true magic and arranged for my tires to be changed lightening fast and I was out by 9:15am. Thank you so much!"

"Made an appointment for regular maintenance of the car and at the day of the appointment(when already at the garage) I was told that the appointment was cancelled. I never received an email or call about this which is really annoying to say the least. Please get your admin order and improve customer support"

"I made an appointment for regular service online and requested a replacement car. When I dropped my car at the service they told me that they have not planned the replacement car for me while it was clearly stated in their papers. So offered me a bike instead which was absolutely inconvenient. This happend to me for the second time with Bangarage so my advice to others - if you need replacement car, call them in advance to double check if everything is arranged. Quite disappointing experience…"
