"The service (new all season tire installation on the existing rims) was punctual, friendly, fast, and efficient. Appointment was also easy to make via phone. However, there are areas for improvement: - The tires were not inflated evenly or according to the manufacturer's specifications. Pressure ranged from 2.6 to 2.2 bar, while the recommended pressure is 2.5 bar (all 4 for 2.5 in the front and 3.0 in the back when the car is fully loaded). - Lug nuts were only attached using a pneumatic tool, and they were not manually tightened and cross-checked at the end with a torque wrench as per the manufacturer's safety standards. - They seat car tires using fire. In my 10+ years of changing tires abroad 2x a year, I never ever seen a professional tire change shop use this method for standard car tires."
