I wish I had known that sooner... A great company, friendly staff and owner. Two nice all-season tires for a great price and easy installation. I recommend it for Alkmaar and the surrounding area.

A very disappointing experience. I went to this garage because my car was making a strange noise. Other garages, such as Kwikfit, had already scanned my car, but they couldn't figure out the problem. Hoping this garage could do something more, I decided to stop by. Even though I told them the car had already been scanned, they wanted to do it again. They said their equipment could look "deeper." Ultimately, the mechanic scanned the car, but did little to nothing beyond sitting in the car for 45 minutes looking at the screen. No attempt was made to physically look under the hood or actually investigate the noise. They eventually offered some vague suggestions, but no concrete results. The problem remained unresolved. To my surprise, I had to pay €81.25 for this "diagnosis," even though no costs were mentioned beforehand. When I asked if I'd get a receipt, I was casually told that a "small receipt" would be issued – which turned out to be this hefty bill. In short: I felt misled. No clear communication, no solution, and I still had to pay a hefty price. If you like spending money without getting anything in return, this is the place to be.

The owner is a top guy, 100%. A true professional! He knows his stuff, and above all, he says what he does and does what he says. So why not five stars? Not because of his fair price, not cheap, but in line with the market. No, that last star is missing because of the staff, which unfortunately isn't the same as before. Also passionate, also knowledgeable, etc. Perhaps in a few years, those five stars again? By the way, I still enjoy coming here; for business and pleasure!
