What a fantastic experience at Auto Ventura! From the first contact to delivery, I received excellent support. The team is very helpful, professional, and personable, and they're genuinely willing to participate in the decision-making process when choosing options and painting parts—something that only made the result even better. There was a set of rims for sale in their webshop, I added them to my cart and wanted to pay. The only payment option is iDEAL, so as a Belgian, you can't order from them even though they do deliver to Belgium. I sent a message through 2dehands asking if they could issue an order via bank transfer, but I never received a response, and the ad was deleted a few hours later. I was planning to buy more sets if the collaboration went smoothly. You won't see me again, sorry...

I had great service at Autoventura. From the first contact to the delivery of my BMW X5, everything was clear and professional. They really helped me out, and nothing was too much trouble. The car was delivered in perfect condition, and I immediately felt comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tidy car and good service.

Auto Ventura - an authorized Jaguar dealer that is not trustworthy and that customers should definitely avoid! On a Saturday, I travelled almost 600 kilometers from Hamburg, Germany, to Goes, The Netherlands, in order to test-drive a used model 2006 Jaguar offered for sale by the authorized Jaguar dealer Auto Ventura for almost EUR 20,000. I was not given the opportunity to look at the bottomside of the car by Auto Ventura. Reason: "Our workshop is closed". Instead, the sales person offered that he, himself, would check the bottomside of the car for me and inform me accordingly, in the following week. He wrote me an e-mail explicitly stating that (i) "the underside of the car is in excellent condition" (ii) it is a "super car", (iii) if I decide to buy the car from Auto Ventura "everything about the car is checked". Having read this e-mail from Auto Ventura and assuming that one cannot make a mistake when buying a used Jaguar from an authorized Dutch Jaguar dealer, I agreed to buy the car from Auto Ventura with "a fresh full Jaguar service" and "all papers for import to and registration in Germany". Three months later(!), the car was delivered to me. When the German TÜV inspector looked at the bottomside of the car, he refused to grant the German TÜV certificate that is required for registration of the car in Germany, unless I arrange for repair of four (!) different and clearly visible (!) defects on the chassis of the car (!) that regard the road safety (!) of the car: (i) both brake pads at the rear axle were almost worn, (ii) the upper wishbone at the right side of the rear axle was rusted and defective, (iii) the track rod at the left side of the rear axle was rusted and defective, (iv) both lower front control arms on the front axle were rusted and defective. So, this is the quality and the service one can expect from the authorized Jaguar dealer Auto Ventura, when buying a so-called "super car" from Auto Ventura with "a fresh full Jaguar service", where "everything about the car is checked": a car that does not even qualify for registration, due to a lack of road safety! The repair of the four defects of the car specified by the German TÜV caused me costs of almost EUR 2,000. It took some weeks, until Auto Ventura replied to my complaint, because they were allegedly "so very busy". Their final e-mail response was a refusal to pay a single cent of the repair costs. I would never again buy a car from Auto Ventura! Even more importantly, I would never again entrust the Auto Ventura workshop with the inspection of a car! Never, never again!
