"A while back, I came here because I had a problem with my car. The dealer charged over €1200, and even then, there was no guarantee it would be resolved. Naturally, I requested multiple quotes and ended up here. If the problem wasn't resolved, I wouldn't have to pay for the part. If the problem was gone and resolved, it would save me over €700! That's how I became a customer; I've had very positive experiences! Keep up the good work!"

"I took my own fuel filter to Garagebedrijf Bernisse because I didn't have a lift and it was difficult to reach. The service was very friendly and I was helped immediately. The fuel filter was very difficult to remove and reattach (it took the mechanic two hours). While I understand that they need to make money, I find €109 to replace a fuel filter I brought with me bizarre and incomprehensible. I wish them well, but they haven't gained a new customer."
