A dishonest dealer sells unsafe cars. I bought an Opel Corsa there, which turned out to be unsafe. The steering wheel locked up in the bend, and it consumed a lot of fuel, along with other problems. No suitable solution was offered. I sold the car after two months, and I will never buy a car from them again.

On Wednesday, January 23rd, I went to you to buy the Opel Astra. The car hadn't been inspected yet, and this was supposed to happen in two weeks because my car's MOT was about to expire. Ah, great, I was supposed to hear by Friday at the latest when I could pick up the car. Still no call on Monday. I finally called myself to ask how things were going. The owner was sick and not at work, so I'd ask afterward. Then I didn't hear anything from you. I called again the following week. We were working on it, so I explained again that I live in a village with little public transport and that I needed a car. He said he'd do it early and call back. Which didn't happen again. After 3.5 weeks, you finally called back to tell me it would take a long time to get the license plates and that it would be better to choose a different automatic transmission, because the Opel Astra would take a long time. Ah, great, I'll be sent one car on Friday to think about it. When I contact you that Wednesday, I tell you that the cars they have are just as expensive to maintain, consume just as much gasoline, and are just as old as my current car. I wanted a different car because I wanted to drive more economically, younger, and smaller. And that I want my deposit back since you can't deliver what you offered. You, the owner, say you'll discuss it internally and call me back. That was two weeks ago now. And when I call, you don't answer. I find it incredibly sad that you're ripping me off like this and happily carrying on, offering the Astra for sale again. I won't do business with you again, but you will refund my deposit. I'll keep pestering you until it's returned. I have proof of the deposit and the note your son wrote asking me to trade my car in for an Astra within two weeks of my MOT expiring.

Excellent service with good explanations. I will definitely continue going there for our car's regular maintenance.

Defective cars combined with Habibabi mechanics. Better to buy a good bike than a car here.
