My rearview mirror has fallen off the window twice already due to old age. Last year, I drove by without an appointment and they repaired/patched it for free. Today it happened again, and once again, I received excellent service from a friendly young man. Super service 👍👍👍👍

I replaced the windshield on my Mercedes two years ago. Today, I repaired two chipped parts on my Citroen. Both repairs were carried out professionally. I'm very satisfied.

After replacing my window, I found my car with a dead battery. The employee couldn't explain why. The car was a mess inside, with dust and black debris everywhere. When I was wiping down the seat, I cut myself on a piece of glass. It's great that I have a new window, but the finish from the outside looks terrible. The silver window frame is sloppily covered in black paint: halfway on the left side, completely on the right, even over the top. It looks like it was smeared with a finger, as it's crooked and uneven. I understand that rust had to be removed, but this is a very poor finish. At the very least, use tape to keep it neat and tidy. I went back the next day to report this. The employee was fine with it, but offered to try touching up the black paint with a scouring pad. I politely declined, as I'd rather spend a day getting it presentable again. I appreciate that they spent half an hour on the phone with my insurer to arrange approval, but unfortunately I cannot recommend them for window replacement.
