I was at Totaalglas in Doetinchem today to have stone chip repair. I was inside and needed to use the restroom, so I arrived at the door and was met with a very arrogant owner who yelled at me. I had to ask if I could use the restroom first because they were having renovations. So all customers who come here have to ask beforehand if they can use the restroom! đ¤Žâšī¸

Everything was handled neatly and quickly. Friendly staff and good service. When replacing the windshield, they immediately cleaned the dashboard and vacuumed the front of the car. Highly recommended.

I came in for a minor windshield repair, which they apparently weren't very interested in. Before I knew it, a mechanic was there with the key, and I was on my way. Dissatisfied, I went inside immediately, but after three different explanations, I decided to leave. The notification for my insurance was quickly deleted from the system, and I was finally given an explanation that nothing had actually been done. I know from experience that you don't get anywhere in that situation. Fortunately, I was able to contact Carglas right away, and they helped me professionally and very kindly. It was all a bit of a shame.
