"I was at Totaalglas in Doetinchem today to have stone chip repair. I was inside and needed to use the restroom, so I arrived at the door and was met with a very arrogant owner who yelled at me. I had to ask if I could use the restroom first because they were having renovations. So all customers who come here have to ask beforehand if they can use the restroom! 🤮☹️"

"Everything was handled neatly and quickly. Friendly staff and good service. When replacing the windshield, they immediately cleaned the dashboard and vacuumed the front of the car. Highly recommended."

"I came in for a minor windshield repair, which they apparently weren't very interested in. Before I knew it, a mechanic was there with the key, and I was on my way. Dissatisfied, I went inside immediately, but after three different explanations, I decided to leave. The notification for my insurance was quickly deleted from the system, and I was finally given an explanation that nothing had actually been done. I know from experience that you don't get anywhere in that situation. Fortunately, I was able to contact Carglas right away, and they helped me professionally and very kindly. It was all a bit of a shame."
