Brought my car (Ford Focus) in for a new timing belt and water pump. Received a competitive price upfront. The repair was disappointing because the previous garage owner had literally "nutted" the crankshaft pulley bolt. Hero and his colleagues resolved the problem efficiently and within the quoted price!
