"I recently contacted Autosloperij Gebroeders Opdam Valkenburg in the Netherlands because I was looking for a multimedia unit for my Seat Leon 5F. I found that they had the exact same model of car in their yard, so I decided to visit them in person. After a short negotiation, I purchased the unit at a very good price and went home satisfied with the deal. Due to scheduling at the service center, the installation took place about 10 days later. After installation, it turned out that one of the audio channels — the right rear — was not working. The next day, I returned to the dismantler to discuss the issue. At first, the manager suggested that the problem could be related to the speakers or wiring in the car. However, I was confident that the issue was with the unit itself. To prove it, I went to a garage where we swapped the right and left audio channels. After that, the sound disappeared from the left side, clearly confirming that the multimedia unit was faulty. I went back again and explained everything, showing the results of the test. The managers reviewed the situation and decided to refund me for the unit. I truly appreciate that they handled the situation professionally and fairly. They listened, understood the issue, and refunded the money without any unnecessary arguments. Based on my experience, I can recommend this company. They are honest, responsible, and treat their customers fairly when issues arise."
