"I looked at the car and told him how much it would cost and how quickly it could be fixed. I could look for parts myself. I sent them via WhatsApp to see if the part was correct, but never received a response. I was too lazy to respond to customers, but proud enough to change my profile picture to match my daughter's... an arrogant, pathetic man, if you ask me. I drove the car away and went to a garage that would help me."
