"What rip-offs! My girlfriend's car had broken down. The clutch suddenly started acting strangely and needed to be repaired quickly because of work. After calling all over Zwolle, this was the only garage available that same day, so I took the car there. Two hours later, I received a call saying the entire clutch needed to be replaced and that it would cost €561. Since I'd only bought the car a month earlier, I'd called the original garage (they didn't necessarily have a warranty because it was an old car and needed a quick solution, which is why we didn't do it right away), and they picked it up that same day for an inspection. At the end of the day, they called to say there was nothing wrong with the clutch, but that they only needed to replace the cable, which cost us €39. The mechanic there also said that replacing the entire clutch would only cost €350 instead of the €561 the garage quoted me. I'd also borrowed a bike from Ten Klooster to get back into town, which I couldn't return due to a funeral a few days later. They called me about this and were completely incomprehensible, telling me to return the bike immediately. I find this very unfriendly to customers. I understand they want the bike back, but a little compassion would be nice, especially after such poor initial service."

"Pim and Jasper are true Saab enthusiasts and specialists, but you can bring any car here. I bought my Saab 9-3 convertible with €300,000 on the odometer, but it's now quickly approaching €500,000, mainly due to the excellent work you can expect at this garage. These gentlemen prioritize service. For example, when my car wouldn't start, they even towed it away from my house in their own car. They're also always willing to think along with you about costs. In short: Autoservice Ten Klooster is highly recommended!"
