"A very friendly family business. Father and son are extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally customer-focused. My wife and I visited to view a car from the company's extensive inventory. We received a very warm welcome and were first offered a cup of coffee. The owner took the time to answer our questions and also shared his own professional experience. Afterward, we were able to test drive the car at our leisure. Everything was exactly as described in the advertisement and completely matched the owner's verbal explanation. In the end, we didn't buy the car, simply because we were looking for a car with a higher entry. Thank you for the excellent service so far. We will definitely return if we're ever looking for a car again."

"Incredibly bad company. I made a proper appointment at 10:00 to look at a 1 Series. The owner's father was there, but we had to wait for his son. We saw the car and went to look at it. We noticed a few spots and discussed them with him. This was completely unacceptable, according to the father, and we were told to look at a new car. He did go and get the key to the car. (At every other company, I'd get the key, but not here.) We weren't allowed to start the car or even turn on the ignition. My father only wanted to check the system to see if any recent maintenance had been done, and if it was stored in the car. Around 10:30 or 11:45, the owner arrived. We politely explained that we were interested in the car and wanted to take a test drive. We were told to go to the office and sit down; we weren't allowed to hear the car start. We walked outside, and this wasn't good either; we had to sit in the office. This was already starting to make me doubt myself. Finally, after a long wait, the car finally arrived, and we were told that many cars had already been stolen from them, and that the owner was therefore going along for the test drive. During the test drive, I asked and said something to my father, and the owner constantly reprimanded us. We were only allowed to take the test drive around the block. We had to make a decision based on this. I politely asked if we could sit down at the office and perhaps negotiate. We went inside and sat down, but weren't offered a drink. Another customer was sitting around the corner in the office, and the whole family was there too. I asked the man what the final price would be and if we could negotiate. The man's wife responded by saying we weren't in a clothing store. We thought this was a very strange comment but ignored it, as we were there talking to the man and were looking for a car. The man confirmed that the car's price was the actual price, and there wouldn't be a cent off. The owner then indicated that the car didn't come with a warranty and that you signed for it with them. The man then showed me that several people had bought and signed for cars from them, and the documents contained a lot of other people's private information. I was quite shocked; this man placed several signed forms with other people's private information in front of me. After this, I told him I needed to think about it carefully and that I wanted to trade in my car. The man went to inspect my car, and I was immediately told he didn't want my car because he felt it attracted the wrong kind of clientele. It was a Golf 5 1.4 TSI with no damage. After this, I indicated that I wanted to consult with my father and be alone with him for a moment. He immediately told me I had to be quick because the car was in high demand and many people wanted to come and see it. After discussing this and considering that the gentleman didn't want to trade in my car, I went back inside to explain that I wanted the car, but first wanted to get rid of my current one. I didn't want to have two cars. The gentleman told me that if I left now, I absolutely wouldn't have to come back, and that if I did, he wouldn't sell me the car. I remained calm and polite and told him that I would meet someone for my car on Monday and that I would be happy to take it from him after Monday. I had to make a down payment, and he would hold it. I told him not to make a down payment due to the uncertainty and that he didn't need to hold the car. I would call him on Monday as soon as it was finalized. The gentleman assured me that he absolutely would not sell me the 1 Series if I walked out that day. I felt very pressured to buy that car at that moment, so I walked away and afterward people yelled at me."
