I had the block replaced by Mr. Neghabi of Medkar. This was an insurance issue. Only, Mr. Neghabi didn't have his paperwork in order and claims he threw the documents away. Because of this, I'm missing a large sum of over €2,200. I called Mr. Neghabi, and he said it was gone. I asked him, but you're supposed to keep this information. He then took this as a threat and simply hung up the phone, refusing to discuss anything further. I think it's incredibly hopeless and childish to have your own business and treat your customers this way. Then you have a responsibility, and hanging up solves the problem. Hopeless.

I ended up here for my air conditioning refill through a Social Deal. My air conditioning unit turned out to be leaking after testing. The analysis (a leak test with UV fluid) revealed a leak in the condenser. I received a photo of this by email. Excellent service, in my opinion. I decided to do the repairs myself, since I do most of my own car maintenance. That wasn't a problem, and I was treated kindly. An excellent shop where I would happily bring my own car for repairs.

A sleek engine conversion was carried out on a VW T3 Syncro. The old, weak, and growling 1.6 TD VW Diesel JX engine was converted to a 2.0-liter VW petrol engine from a Passat. Communication and consultation were excellent and clear. The petrol engine was partially rebuilt. We kept a clear overview of the costs, discussed the work beforehand, and worked perfectly within budget. Absolute craftsmanship!

Good and fast service! Top notch! The loan car was free, because this was incorrectly described on their homepage. Resolved perfectly. I ended up here via mijngarage.nl. Making the appointment was very quick and easy. I was also called back soon regarding the MOT points, and they were fixed within 2 hours as well. I can only say that MedKar is a great garage with fast service. And very clean; you could eat off the floor (if you wanted to).
