"Speaking of service, what the customer says isn't true with the counter clerk with glasses, so they're simply calling you a liar, and in my opinion, that's very customer unfriendly. Buying paint here is definitely not recommended. Dear Mr. Hooge, You're calling a customer a liar, how low have you fallen as a business owner? I understood your wording perfectly, as you yourself confirmed. The words "NOT TRUE" are irrelevant. I asked you three times, "Are you calling me a liar?", but got no answer. You're accusing me, the customer, of being a liar, and you're insulting me. That's the worst thing a business owner can do to a customer. In your place, I would have preferred to explain that splashing sometimes occurred with round nozzles, but most now have a wide nozzle, and some nozzles are even adjustable, so splashing is practically nonexistent. Apparently, you're not capable of doing that. Perhaps you're left with only round, splattering cups. Apparently, you can't stand a comment and immediately throw your head back, accuse the customer of lying, and even throw them out the door. Then you give me another kicking online as if I were frustrated. I really wonder who's frustrated here. Your company only gets a 3.7 out of 5, and if it were up to you, it would drop below a 3. You're setting a good example for your staff. I'd be mortified if I were you. My advice: don't buy spray cans of colored or clearcoat car paint here, but order online, for example from CROP, no splattering caps, and they have excellent service and even cheaper, including delivery. "I had my MOT and service done. They said it wouldn't pass inspection because the tire tread wasn't good, and they absolutely had to put on four new tires. I felt incredibly pressured because he called me three times a day asking if he could put new tires on, even though I clearly said I wanted to discuss it. Luckily, he didn't agree, and I drove to a different garage. The car now passed inspection! They told me the tires were a RECOMMENDATION and that the car absolutely had to pass the inspection!"
