The website clearly states that they are available 24/7. Definitely by carrier pigeon, because they don't answer the phone.

Good service agreements are complied with, you are kept well informed of the progress and the damage to the caravan is super nicely repaired.

A typical case of bad luck damage. Went in for parts. Returned the next day, borrowed the car. Repaired within three hours. Looks great. It was a bummer, of course, my own fault, but now it's a little less bad, thanks to SterGarant Purmerend.
