After searching for a few weeks, the type of car we were looking for (Hyundai i40) suddenly appeared in Heerenveen. Not exactly next door, as we live in the middle of the country, but we still contacted Autoplus. After a phone call, I sent some photos of the car I wanted to trade in, and made an appointment for a test drive. It's always a matter of waiting to see which company you end up with, because sometimes it just doesn't feel right, but here it was the opposite. A few things stood out: some play in the steering wheel, poor rear tires, a defective radio, and a few other minor issues. A solution was found for everything, and two weeks later I was able to pick up the car. A new battery was quickly installed in one of the remote controls. Assuming it would work, I discovered at home that it unfortunately didn't. We found a solution for this as well and went to a local company to have it reprogrammed. (Update: the transmitter is faulty and can't be programmed, so it will be addressed in the follow-up appointment.) Good, helpful company, nice owner, friendly staff, so definitely a plus. And then you discover that the radio that was faulty and had been replaced actually works worse than the one that was installed. So, I'll contact them again and see what solution they can offer. To be continued. The original radio is being repaired, but it will take about eight weeks before it's ready, probably due to summer vacations. Not such a disaster, but it's good that it's being fixed. So, a trip to Heerenveen in September. Another good solution. I'm going to give another compliment. Unfortunately, there are a few things that aren't working. The radio is now working fine, the key hasn't worked yet, and now two other faulty things have come to light that will be resolved. Another trip to Heerenveen, and then I'll leave the car and get a loaner. To wrap things up... I wasn't able to completely fix the key, but I'm sure Frens did enough. The heater was broken (after two months), and a malfunctioning parking sensor was fixed. I lost the car for almost three weeks, but now I can just enjoy driving it, I hope.

I took a test drive in a 2015 Peugeot 5008 at the end of March. The radio wasn't perfect, the brakes were vibrating, and two seats were missing. When I mentioned this, they said everything would be resolved. Regarding the radio, they would check if the problem (noise) persisted. If so, I would receive a new radio. The brakes were repaired, and the seats were delivered. No extra costs, as it was stated in the sales description. After three weeks, the radio still wasn't working properly, and after calling about it, I was able to bring the car in, and a new radio was installed, as agreed, free of charge. Excellent service, satisfied customer!

This is a car dealership with a heart. The people who helped us were extremely competent, friendly, and cheerful. So were the employees who were leaving at that moment. A truly great company. Plus, they have a wide variety of cars for sale, for every budget and every car enthusiast. The Hyundai Getz we bought was a beauty. It's no exaggeration to say it was ready to be displayed in a showroom. The problems with the first test drive were quickly resolved (water in the spark plug well). This was resolved with a diligent car wash. After the moisture was removed, we took another test drive, but it was already past closing time. On the way back, we decided to buy the car. We received a very fair price for the trade-in car and closed the deal. All this in Heerenveen. Now back home to Enschede. It's still 150 km. Exciting with a new car. We arrived safely in Enschede and are very happy with the car. Thank you, everyone. We'll definitely be back.

Called in about a €14000 car to get some info, being a real buyer, asked if they speak English, heard a negative answer and they just hang up on me, without listening the rest, I do speak Dutch, broken, but we could understand each other, just rude people
