"I was referred by a friend who had good experiences here. Unfortunately, I had a lesser experience. I went in for an MOT for my van, and they called to say the shock absorbers were leaking (they were greasy), the brakes needed to be readjusted (too much difference between the left and right brakes), and that an indicator needed replacing. The cost was €600, and I was told it would be done today. I asked if it was really necessary to replace both shock absorbers, and they told me it wasn't. The remaining cost was €250: €100 for the MOT, €150 for replacing the indicator and adjusting the brakes. I've owned two campervans and two vans, and the MOT for those vans has never been more expensive than for a regular car (€40-max €50). It wasn't entirely clear to me what exactly needed to be adjusted on the brakes, but it had something to do with the settings. The explanation over the phone wasn't clear what the costs were, so I explained that. The man said he would call me back later. I didn't get a call back, and when I called, everything had apparently already been done, and €200 was okay. That's not what we'd agreed upon. The contact and the costs didn't really give me a good feeling about it, so I thought: I'll fix those things myself, pick up the car, and then only pay €100 for the MOT. Ultimately, I picked up the car and paid €100. When explaining the brakes, the man told me that the difference between left and right was still okay for an MOT, but he did adjust it. It wasn't clear to me what adjustments had been made. In short: + higher costs than expected (€100 for the MOT for a van) + unclear where the costs were, what was necessary, and what could be done. + unclear communication. Another star because I ultimately only paid for the MOT (€100) and they approved the car."

"My brake pads were done, serviced, and my clutch replaced! Excellent service, great garage. My clutch didn't feel quite right at first, but I was able to come back and fine-tune it! It was quite a search for the right settings, but everything works perfectly again. Until next time!"
