Follow-up appointment for multi-belt replacement. Apparently, I was VERY stuck, because the bill was €440 for 2 hours of work with some small parts. Lesson learned: Always agree on the costs beforehand and then have HENK JONGEN confirm them. Actually, one star is still too much...

Your journey and your entrée are a pleasure for a small tour, for your journey of interest. L'accueil a été froid. Aucun sourire. Peu d'échange. You are not interested in your client. Cela ne donne pas envie d'acheter. After all, I salute you and say yes, yes, yes. This magazine is available for viewing. I was in the area and went into the shop to take a look around to see if there was a car that interested me. The reception was cold. No smile. Little communication. I felt no interest in the customer. This doesn't inspire confidence in buying. Even when greeting and saying goodbye, I was met with a simple "yes, yes." This store is to be avoided.

Good service and supportive staff. Staff explains what the issues are with the car and also informs the what actions were taken for that issue. Before changing the hardware they confirm with the owner if it is ok.
