"After servicing the Suzuki Swace, the tire pressure light came on immediately. The tires were between 1.8 and 2.5 bar. I adjusted the pressure to 2.4 bar myself, but the message persisted. Back to the garage, they reset it, but didn't get an apology. Incidentally, the workshop was a mess. From now on, I'll be going to Veendam."

"Suzuki Service at its best! My father has been a customer of Oto Hendriks for years. The day before our vacation, upon arrival in Groningen, there was a huge bump on the side of one of the all-season tires we'd just installed. Oto Hendriks was very helpful, arranging for the tire to be replaced that same afternoon at Fleming in Groningen after a phone call. It turned out the tire wasn't in stock, but they arranged for it to be delivered early the next morning and replaced. This allowed us to leave on time. Everything was replaced under warranty. A big 5 stars for both garages. Thank you so much for the help and the quick response."

"I was in the showroom this afternoon to order a new Suzuki Vitara Style after a lot of self-care. We knew exactly what we wanted; we just needed to find out what the trade-in value of our Yeti would be. The salesperson was busy with other customers, but the person at the counter took absolutely no notice of us. We weren't even offered coffee. After waiting for half an hour, I went to the counter to explain the purpose of our visit. They briefly apologized, but it didn't sound very sincere. We contacted another dealer in the area that same day, and that will work out fine."

"Fantastic service. Last summer, I bought my first car, a used Fiat 500. During the test drive, the radio turned out to be faulty, so they replaced it with one with navigation and CarPlay, completely free of charge. Unfortunately, the Fiat had a lot more problems: the clutch broke, which was promptly replaced under warranty. But after the engine broke down four times in those two months, Fleming offered to take the car back and find me another. This turned out to be an Audi A1, a truly fantastic car. Unfortunately, after a while, some issues also surfaced. The gearbox started acting up and needed a complete overhaul. Because they couldn't do this themselves, they had it done by an external company. The stabilizer bar was replaced, there was a leak near the windshield, which they replaced, all under warranty. I was usually helped quickly, always received a free courtesy car, and received a friendly welcome. In short, the service is truly excellent. You can buy a car here with confidence. If I need anything else in the future, I'll definitely be back."

"A very friendly welcome, I brought the vehicle in for a service and MOT. They called and took care of it, although some costs are quite high. The rating was adjusted to 2 stars after my children were recently able to open the vehicle's doors while driving. They weren't put back on the child lock after the MOT. Fortunately, it went well, but something like this shouldn't happen. The air conditioning was refilled, and after two weeks it barely worked anymore. The condenser wasn't in good condition. The mechanic was aware of this, but he assumed the condenser would still last this summer. I eventually contacted the garage, and the issue was resolved with some difficulty."
