"I had a very unpleasant experience on the phone. I just wanted to ask for a price estimate and immediately received a rude response, "Yeah, I don't have time to look that up right now, it's very busy, right?" This was delivered in a rude and rushed tone. I understand it might be very busy and stressful, but if you do, please be calm and normal about it, no problem; I would call back later! Definitely not this time. Please put a different person on the phone because this "gentleman" doesn't have good communication skills. Unprofessional."

"I recently became a customer with my 2008. The major service and MOT were carried out perfectly, and communication about certain issues was excellent and clear. Afterwards, the car suddenly started to behave inexplicably differently. This was resolved promptly and efficiently, with the promise that if anything went wrong, I could call them immediately. That wasn't necessary, as the car drives and handles perfectly again. A garage I recommend to everyone!"

"Extremely satisfied with this garage. We've been with them for five years now and won't be leaving anytime soon. They're willing to help (for example, if the exhaust was broken, they could replace it or weld in a piece of pipe. It saved us more than half the price, so I went with the latter option, and it's been going for three years now, fantastic!). Always friendly on the phone and a spot is available relatively quickly. Loan bikes are also available."
