"Recently purchased a Saab 9.3 convertible from De Snelle. After a friendly welcome, clear explanations, and a test drive, we decided to buy the car. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we picked up and paid for the car a month after we decided; this went smoothly. All requested minor adjustments were made and accessories were included. A few days after returning home, we noticed a crack in the rearview mirror. After reporting this, a new mirror with a cover was sent. In short, very satisfied with the smooth handling and service."

"I bought a BMW 1 Series convertible in February 2018. It's a beautiful convertible. This week I got a flat tire. The rear tire was completely worn down. A large tear. I drove 3700 km on it. It had passed its MOT inspection. I had the ANWB come out. The roadside assistance officer immediately said that this was a defect that had been on the tire for some time and should have been noticed during the inspection. The tire company in The Hague, where the ANWB took me, shared this assessment. The ANWB had already put a "homecoming" on my BMW so I could drive to the tire company. Today, March 30th, I went to De Snelle to complain. To make a long story short, I received €100 for my new Michelin tire. That was also the amount I had paid for this tire. The owner didn't need to see the invoice. In short, a kind gesture and good service. And that's how it should be when you offer a Bovag warranty. H. Plat."

"I went to see a car that was supposedly 100% damage-free. The first thing the salesperson said upon arrival was that I immediately noticed a crack in the onboard computer. They said they hadn't noticed it because it was turned off. The photos showed the onboard computer turned on, so that's nonsense. They should have seen it, and I can't imagine this wasn't discussed during the trade-in. After discovering the damage, the price was also non-negotiable. I felt strange about it. They were also difficult about a test drive. All in all, a bad experience, and I had absolutely no confidence in making a good purchase."
