"Made an appointment for a test drive." We took a test drive and discussed trading in our cars. We wanted to go from two cars to one. We contacted "smooth talker" Arnold about the trade-in price. We agreed he'd call us back the next day with information about what we could get for our cars. And, you guessed it, we heard nothing back from them. So, I called them myself the next day. The deal for another car fell through. He should have told us this too, according to his own agreement, which is a bit of a shame. Lots of blah, blah, blah, blah, but keeping promises isn't their strong suit.

Bought a VW Tiguan a month ago. Excellent service and a reasonable price. After a week of engine failure, a hairline crack in a hose turned out to be present. We contacted the seller, who gave us the option of replacing it free of charge or having it replaced at our garage, where they would then pay the invoice. What great service!! Fast and friendly service. The guys were truly fantastic, and until the next purchase! Greetings from Harlingen.

Bunch of scammers! Smooth talk, poor quality, and failure to honor agreements or respond. Bought a car, missed the delivery appointment, and the engine had been tampered with so that the defects were not visible. It cost €1500 in the short term, and now, after 9 months, I have to have the entire engine and turbo replaced.

You have to give a star rating otherwise they wouldn't get one. Bought a car with a malfunction, and upon driving away, the malfunction became apparent. We hadn't even left the street yet. We drove back immediately, and were told to come back with the guarantee that it would be fixed. So, back to Heerenveen again because it couldn't be done right away. The malfunction wasn't fixed upon return due to lack of expertise. After that, all sorts of promises were made that they would call back, but they never did. They gave a vague story about how they had ordered a part but never received it... Finally, we called, and during that conversation, they blamed us. We shouldn't have bought a car online. Ugh! You'll never see us there again...

I've been a customer of this company for 25 years and have now bought my fifth car there. It's also an MOT inspection station. Thanks to years of experience and knowledge of various brands, the salespeople can also provide a wealth of technical information about the cars. The great thing is that you get honest and reliable advice. I'll definitely buy my next car there again. Thanks for the excellent service, sincerely, a satisfied customer.
