WARNING!!!! Don't fall for this, they're scammers!!! Bought a Kia Picanto here on January 9th. I wasn't told this car had been involved in a crime, resulting in front and rear damage. I went to inspect it around closing time and was allowed to take it home for a day, returning it the next morning at 8:00 AM. Of course, it's partly my own fault that I didn't see the damage because it was already pitch dark, but they should have mentioned this beforehand in the purchase agreement. The car had damage to the front and rear bumpers, the front headlight, the right side, and the upper right side, and the windshield had been replaced. There was also damage to the Android Car Play system; the touchscreen sometimes had a mind of its own without you touching it. They said it had been serviced annually, but that's completely false. They make their own stamps, and after the purchase, the booklet was suddenly lost. This is just the beginning.... After three days of driving, I had problems shifting first and reverse, and a little later, fifth gear was also difficult. Eventually, I was struggling at traffic lights to even get going. The second week, they didn't mention the timing chain problems when selling it. It's noisy and I'm losing power. The Picanto was only four years old with 32,000 km on the odometer. With so little mileage, you'd expect a decent car. I have a year of warranty with Bovag and have called at least ten times, but they just tell me it's part of the car, it's normal, don't worry, etc. Out of desperation, I even offered to pay for the parts if they'd cover the hourly rate. But no, they weren't home. My last ditch effort was, "Do you want to buy the car back for a lower price?" Because there's nothing wrong with the car, right? I received a very blunt response from the seller. No sympathy whatsoever. I've incurred at least €3,000 in expenses. I decided not to have it repaired myself; I traded in the car, which cost me €2,000 more because it's worthless. I paid €13,400 for it and got €9,103 in trade-in. In one month, I'm now €5,701 lighter. And my next car will be 8 years old instead of 4. So the damage is actually worse. I'm glad I don't do this work myself as a seller, because with this karma, I wouldn't sleep a wink. I wouldn't be able to keep it going, and I would have at least fixed most of it. Again, I would even have paid for the parts myself because nobody has any use for the Bovag warranty at Rida Terneuzen. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!!!! Even one star is too much.

Good feeling about the garage. The owner is quite busy speaking to every customer, especially when you're in the middle of a negotiation. As a business owner, I would do something about that. Every customer is a customer, whether you buy a car for 5,10 or 50,000.

What a terrible salesperson. Buying an expensive car comes with a whole lot of extra costs. The salesperson only wants to talk for himself. Absolutely not customer-focused.

We happily bought a nice used 2011 car here. Unfortunately, after all sorts of problems with the car and the first service costing almost €1000, no one is home anymore (within a year). Maybe it was a bit of a pig in a poke after all. You expect a more expensive car from a dealership, but then you also expect better after-sales service...
