"On the way home, we experienced a broken coolant line. After a phone call, we were able to schedule repairs. Fortunately, the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) was able to temporarily fix the problem, allowing us to continue driving. Not long after, we unfortunately also experienced problems with the gearbox. We contacted them again, and the service was what you'd expect. They picked up the car and brought a loaner. After picking up the car, we scheduled a service at an authorized Volvo garage for inspection, which was a good thing. More problems emerged there. Besides the new problems, the old one hadn't been resolved either. So we contacted them again. This time, everything was difficult, and they were willing to fix it. However, after the previous repair, we'd lost all confidence in them, so we asked for a contribution towards the repairs at a garage we trusted. That wasn't possible, and they didn't offer any assistance in finding a suitable solution. So, after purchasing the car, we spent half the price again on repairs to get it working properly. So if you want to buy a car here, take into account 50% additional costs for repairs."

"WARNING: DO NOT buy a car here! Not BOVAG-certified — so if anything goes wrong, you're on your own. This guy sells cars that look great on the outside, but are mechanically flawed. You supposedly get a warranty, but when you get the car back, the problems are worse than before. Parts are loose, missing, or simply fall out. If you report anything, you'll get zero help — everything is denied or blamed on you. If you complain, you'll be completely ignored. If you want to pursue justice, you need to contact a lawyer. This isn't service; it's deception in a nice package. Don't fall for it. You've been warned."

"I arrived there 30 minutes before closing time after standing in the train and bus for 1 hour, it turns out it is closed. the website does not indicate anything and online it says that it closes 6 a clock. I am very disappointed."
