"Shortly after importing my Mazda, the tow bar malfunctioned. Very annoying when you're about to go on vacation... Where dealers practically hang up the phone (because I didn't buy it here, after all) 🙄 This company is very helpful, and after an hour's delay, I was safely on my way. They also provided excellent assistance with any additional questions. They make every effort to ensure everything is done properly and efficiently. I'm not ready yet, but I'd happily have my first service done by you, even if it's a detour."
