"Recently, several packages arrived, which I couldn't pick up because my car was broken down. I tried calling several times on different days and even left my number on the answering machine, but no one answered or called back. Hence this review. Response to the response: Sorry to say, but your response is a clever attempt to score a sale, while you yourself indicate that you're currently too busy to answer the phone yourself and/or listen to your answering machine and respond. So even if I had wanted to use your services, it wouldn't have been possible, because I wouldn't even be able to reach you by phone. And if that fails, I don't even want to try any other communication methods you offer. I also find it striking that you're unable to return calls when it's quieter, yet you can respond to my review on Saturday at 12:41 AM?"
