Very pleasant approach to customers. pleasant assistance with the choice of the B-180 Mercedes. After the test drive it was ready quickly “this is it”. I am extremely satisfied!. Ursum/Barten a big plus!! and special thanks to the nice staff Sape Woudman who accompanied me during the test drive with his perfect explanation about the car

I bought a 2nd hand Mitsubishi outlander with 60000km then I went to Mitsubishi dealer in Alkmaar to check the car and do the maintainance, I had to pay 1016 Euro, I said it's because I didn't have any experience about the car so now I pay a big amount then it's finished, Next I went for a winter check which is free of charge they forgot to add winsdows cleaning water, Next I change the winter tires they didn't program the winter tiers system TPMS so that I can change them myself next time which mean I have to come back every time I need to change the summer or the winter tire and they did it again to me at the biginning of this summer and when I asked them why you didn't program the system so I can easlly chose between summer and winter they said: next time when you come will program the system for free, Last march: maintainance 20000km I had to pay 950 euro again some parts need to be change, and recently for the summer free check just week a ago they informed me that I had the follwoing: 1- back tires are not so good (I said I have new tires) 2- front bulbs not working (I said I know because I was test another bulbs so no problem) 3- air condition radiator is leaking need to be replaced 650euros, For sure I refused to replace it because I need to be sure about it but they change the bulbs as i have the original already but they didn't informed me that they will cost 25euro for replace the bulbs so that i can decided if I accept or not, I have paid a lot during the last year for a Mitsubishi outlander SUV hybrid blog -in with a 60000km, When I checked with the management, within 30min he was trying to convince me in a political way that the cares are different and it's a like a lottary, but he couldn't make me belive that this is a normal situation specially that I went to another car garage to check the air conditioning system and they find out nothing, I went to the dealer when they call me to check what they have and give them the chance but they did nothing even they didn't offer me not to pay the 25 euro, I think i am doen and they lost a customer,
