"A disappointing experience during my recent MOT inspection significantly damaged my confidence in this garage. I'd normally been taking my car there for quite some time, but this time I sent my wife to have it inspected. What followed was a series of unpleasant surprises. When I picked up the car, the owner told me it needed significant work and offered a hefty sum of €650. I agreed on the condition that I receive a detailed invoice. Unfortunately, it took a week of insisting before I received the invoice, which stated that the right rear tire had been replaced. The owner had forgotten that he'd used my spare tire. The invoice was a complete fictitious statement! Furthermore, the costs for the work performed were exorbitant, as can be seen on the attached invoice. This left me feeling cheated. When I confronted the owner about this, he offered a feeble excuse about a possible inspection, which, in my opinion, was nothing more than a fabrication. This behavior is unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer of over two years. Potential new customers, be warned! My experience with this garage was utterly disappointing and left me feeling misled. The lack of transparency and honesty in their services has completely undermined my confidence in this garage."
