I bought a €12,000 car here a year ago. The engine light came on during the test drive, but it was promised to be fixed. A few weeks later, the trouble started. The car didn't run much anymore, but the seller kept hiding behind the warranty company. The result: the engine had to be overhauled, part of which was covered by Car Trust, but €2,000 in out-of-pocket expenses. The seller refused to help and kept hiding behind Car Trust. If that's how you want to make a profit... 👎 Oh well, we'll take our losses, but I wouldn't recommend anyone buy a car here. The seller puts a lot of effort into the sale, but after that, you're no longer any good to them as a buyer. And this isn't the first bad sale, and certainly not the last. Another lesson for us: it's better to check reviews first.

My wife and I bought a very nice S450 here as a family car. The purchase went smoothly, everything was arranged quickly. We agreed on several things beforehand, namely: the appraisal report would be updated in our name and sent to us. And, if anything were to happen with the car in the first few weeks, I was to send a WhatsApp message and we would sort it out. - I'm still waiting for that report. - There are problems with the: - Transmission - Thermostat - The wrong size tires with the wrong load capacity - Parking sensors - Batteries Of course, I'm to blame for buying such a car. But the promised service and agreements were duly fulfilled until after the purchase. After that, nothing but empty promises. In short, if you just want service after purchase and the certainty that you can hit the road, don't buy here.

Hi AlI, I bought Nissan Qashqai from Autogallerie Eindhoven (Pascal) 5 months ago for 16000 euros. My car started giving problems from very first month. I talked to Pascal and he said I can't do anything and have to contact warranty company. I almost spend 2500 euros as of now for repair cost on a car which I recently bought from Pascal. In these 5 months my car was in garage for 3 months and still it’s not working properly as he sold me a faulty car. I have gone thru so much agony due to this dealer. Never ever recommend anyone to buy from this dealer.

Prachtige VW Crafter gekocht, maar ze zouden mij nog de tweede sleutel opsturen. Ik heb hier meerdere keren over gebeld en krijg alleen loze beloftes. Op mail en whatsapp wordt niet meer gereageerd. We zijn inmiddels meer dan 3 maanden verder.

Wij hebben hier onze occasion gekocht. Wij zijn zeer deskundig en vriendelijk geholpen door Pascal. Alles was mogelijk en niets was te veel gevraagd. Een trekhaak eronder zetten werd snel geregeld en binnen twee dagen na een mondelinge afspraak de auto te kopen, was deze al klaar om af te halen, inclusief de trekhaak. Al met al echt een hele fijne ervaring die ik iedereen aanraad. Absoluut vijf sterren waard.

We hebben de aankoop van onze C4 Cactus als zeer prettig ervaren, nette, goede en snelle service. Ook het bij ons inbegrepen beurtje werd netjes uitgevoerd door de garage. ps. nu 1.000km met de auto gereden, heerlijk! :)
