"We called last Friday just before 4 p.m. about an engine problem. They briefly discussed the situation and let us in. They were super friendly, scanned the car, and we practically couldn't leave. They were very transparent about the costs right away. They put it on the repair list for Monday. Any additional costs are immediately called and discussed. You know exactly what to expect."
