I had a persistent problem with my Renault Kangoo, making it virtually unusable. Two other garages were unable to permanently repair the problem. Unfortunately, I did have to pay for it. But Abbink really got to work on the problem and wouldn't let go until the problem was resolved. They billed for far fewer hours than they spent on the car. Excellent service. I'm a new regular customer!

My rear light was broken, and two garages weren't available. I called Abbink, and they could come right away. They helped me within 10 minutes, and when I asked how much it would cost, they said: "Service provided by the company." Highly recommended!

Excellent service. After having my towbar installed at another garage, I received an error message that the breaking guard and the accelerator were no longer functioning. Something that (I discovered online) happens frequently. In this case, it's an A6 Quatro. This is a message that can often be resolved through software. Many garages only offer this service if the towbar has been installed there. Having heard this frequently, I decided to have a new towbar installed at Abbink. However, they added the message that I had just had a new towbar installed, but this message couldn't be resolved. I received a message from Abbink the same day, stating that it would be a shame to replace the entire towbar if it was just the message. They were able to resolve this perfectly well without installing a new towbar. I made an appointment and just picked up the car. The message disappeared, and the accelerator is working properly again! Very pleasant and clear contact and service! Significant cost savings this way, too. It's great that there are companies that don't just think about making the most money from a customer. Because with the tow bar installation, there would definitely have been more left ;) very nice, and thanks again for making this possible on such short notice! Regards,

Abbink has been providing excellent service to me year after year. They're always open and honest. The environment is pleasant and clean. Occasionally, something goes wrong, but they keep looking until it's fixed. Appointments for the vehicle inspection, service, and other maintenance are easy to schedule.
