I bought a car from Autodijk Almelo on December 20, 2025. I explained that I had no knowledge of cars and didn't know what to look for. A few days later, an acquaintance noticed that the tires were worn. I called him about it. He found it strange but said he still had two spare tires. He also suggested I buy four tires at the purchase price (according to him, €400 instead of the €800 retail price). I didn't have a good feeling about it, so I went to my local garage to have the car checked. It turned out that the two front tires were dangerously smooth/worn, and the rear tires needed replacing. Furthermore, the rear brake discs were completely worn. The shock absorbers were creaking at the front and rear, the timing belt needed replacing, and they suspected coolant leakage. I sent Autodijk an email about this, along with a text message asking if they could respond within a week. It's been a week now, and I haven't received a response. Besides the money I've lost, this man made me drive an unsafe car. Response to your comment: I'm not going to play the "yes, no" game (you asked for an invoice???? My own garage sells me Chinese tires????). I wouldn't even have to buy new tires from you if they weren't worn out to begin with. And if you don't even notice worn tires, it tells me the rest wasn't even considered.

I bought a car here last week, and three days later I was already driving around. After a quick viewing and a test drive, it was quickly settled. Good service, however, turned out the only problem was the USB port, which was fixed without any problems. They even install CarPlay for a good price. All in all, a top-notch company and service. And then suddenly your daughter has picked up her “dream” car. About a week ago we were at Autodijk in Almelo for the first time. When you have saved for a long time as a girl of 19 and then suddenly you are in the showroom of Autodijk in Almelo. And here are all beautiful Suzuki Swifts, so you are amazed. And then suddenly Mark from Autodijk walks up, an open spontaneous enthusiastic car salesman. Who has the same passion for the Suzuki Swift as Janne, our daughter. We also had a clear story about what we wanted and what our daughter's budget was. The clarity and friendliness of Mark made our daughter decide to buy a Suzuki Swift at Autodijk that was tailor-made for her. A beautiful mother-of-pearl red Swift in a super Bandit GT version. A beautiful CarPlay system has been built in, and the delivery was complete and as agreed. Everything was neatly arranged according to agreement, and I recommend Autodijk to everyone if you are really looking for a good, reliable Suzuki Swift. Very bad service, I went inside to ask about car prices and recommendations for what I wanted but the bald guy there was very disrespectful. He kept shouting and insulting, will definitely not be buying a car from them now.
