Never buy anything online from this dealership. I ordered two headlights, both damaged. I ordered one through an ad that showed no damage, and he chose to send one along with the damage in the comments, then refused to acknowledge that it wasn't his fault for sending the broken parts. A very dishonest company that doesn't care about anything but their own bottom line. Highly discouraged. If you order something here, ask for 100 photos first because they just do whatever they want and, afterward, they won't admit to any mistakes and won't pay for returns at their expense, even if you want to buy from them again. They always find a way to shift the blame onto you. Now I'm stuck with two headlights that I can't do anything with because they're both damaged. Even the one I originally ordered without damage, they claim it was shown in the ad, even though I have a screenshot of it that doesn't show anything.

Deceptive. I traveled 120 km based on the connection and existing footage. But I found something else dirty and damaged, and was asked for money to evade taxes and security. She complained when she refused the item after seeing it. In any case, no one recommended visiting this place without cooperation.

I needed a right headlight, but I ordered two to ensure they looked the same. I emphasized that I wanted to buy from the same car. Unfortunately, I received two completely different headlights. I had to throw one away and buy another. I contacted them by email, but they didn't answer. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I ordered a taillight from this scrapyard. It was delivered promptly. Upon opening the box, the taillight turned out to have multiple damages. I called them and explained the problem. They obviously needed photos, as I might be lying. They sent the photos promptly, but after a week, still no response. I sent another email. I've since picked up a taillight from Pater scrapyard in Kampen. Highly recommended if you live near Kampen. I have since received a response from Middelburg. I could return the broken taillight unit at my own expense, and they would send me a new one. I indicated that I didn't need another one because I had already been supplied. Niek from autodemontagemiddelburg said he would let me know how to proceed. So far, I haven't heard anything. To prevent other people from ordering from this company, I'm writing a review. I don't expect to ever hear from them again.

Part said to be available, after a 100km drive, part not there. Wasted whole day. Friendly staff tho. The website stock system should be improved. First be 100% sure they have the part before going to pick it up. Call them and ask to check.
