In December, I traded in my BMW for another. The communication before the appointment was friendly and efficient, and I and my eldest son were warmly welcomed that day. We took a test drive, which was no problem at all, and the conversation was pleasant—in short, a very warm welcome. We quickly closed the deal together, and then we made an appointment to finalize it. You can also contact him with questions afterward without being a nuisance. He even handles minor unforeseen repairs, which I thought was very polite! To keep things short, I want to use this review to show that many dealers should follow this example. So, a solid 10, because even a drink or a nice cup of coffee is always welcome. A great place!!!!!
