Just off vacation and stranded in Waddinxveen. Heavy rain and the driver's windshield wiper stopped working properly. After waiting a few hours for Van Vliet to open, we received a warm welcome from the reception staff. When the first technicians arrived, we were immediately given priority service, and they resolved our wiper problem free of charge within 20 minutes. We were able to continue our vacation and arrived home safely. AMAZING SERVICE from Van Vliet!!!

I had made an appointment to view an electric car. They promised me a lot about services over the phone, but it turned out to be completely untrue. First, I had to wait another half hour, and once I was on the phone, some other work had to be completed while I waited. Finally, we went to view the car... (which the salesperson was convinced was at a different branch). It wasn't charged, it had significantly more damage than the photos showed, and because of the dead battery, the dashboard wouldn't even turn on and the cargo area wouldn't open. Any question about the car was answered with "No idea, vans aren't my department." I had driven for nothing, and they didn't even apologize. I was supposed to get a call back when it would be charged by the end of the week. It's now two weeks later and still no call. I doubt I'll ever buy a car here.
