"Terrible. You can't order parts there anymore; you have to do it by email. You can't even call the parts department. So, you just throw an email into the black hole and hope it works out. I also had a question about sorting things out, and they didn't want to help with that either. The customer definitely doesn't come first here. I would stay away. Unfortunately, I have to give one star because ZERO is not possible."
