"It's been six years since I bought a BMW 320ci from vd Plas. I can be brief: this is the best car I've ever owned! I got a six-month warranty on it back then, and I had to call on them quite a few times, but they always provided excellent and free service. I'm still thrilled with it. Kudos to vd Plas!"

"I'd love to give a lower review than 1 star, but oh well... I bought a pig in a poke for only €20,000. The car problem wasn't resolved by Mr. Vd Plas, despite the additional "warranty" I purchased. Even with BOVAG's intervention, this company did NOT repair our car. (Sometimes they claimed they had, but it hadn't even been driven half a kilometer, while claiming they had taken the car to a real BMW dealership... apparently, they couldn't do it themselves...) Even the delivery had to be delayed three times! (In retrospect, a sign of what turned out to be one major disaster.) Never again! I hope people are warned with an honest (unpurchased) review!"
