"After previously buying a lovely Seat Leon here to our satisfaction, it was time for a slightly more spacious car. My wife and I bought a beautiful black Renault Megane from AutoCentrum Twente earlier this year. It was delivered promptly and was spotlessly clean. After experiencing some vibrations in the brake discs for a few days, Henk was incredibly helpful, replacing them under warranty. Communication was personal and very clear. We've now had a wonderful holiday in France with our new Megane, and we're absolutely thrilled!"

"Last week, I bought a Renault Twingo. Henk said it had a timing chain, but that turned out not to be the case; the timing belt should have been replaced last year. I contacted Henk and explained the problem. Henk said the belt could still last a while, so there was no room for negotiation. At that time, I was at the garage where the car came from. After consulting with the garage owner, I decided to replace the belt. It turned out, however, that it was a good thing I'd had the belt replaced. The belt was completely worn out. If I had followed Henk's advice, the consequences would have been unimaginable, including for my own safety."

"Unfortunately, I bought a car here that had damage to the right front. The seller didn't mention this. Also, during the test drive, a warning light for the start-stop system came on, which wasn't working. The seller asked if it could be repaired. "That's no problem." I bought it without a Bovag warranty, but with a six-month warranty on the moving parts. Shortly after picking up the car, the warning light came on again. So I went to my own garage. They measured the battery, and it turned out to be too weak. I called the seller, who only wanted to reimburse half the battery. Even though the agreement at the time of sale was that this problem would be resolved "without any problems." To make a long story short: Thoroughly inspect the car you buy from Autocentrum Twente! If necessary, consult a damage specialist. And be clear about making agreements!"
